After I did that I was able to connect to my PC (with the device name still TomTom). I did try going into the settings and Reset Factory Defaults. I can see in my system tray where TomTom is trying to connect, but just never does. I have checked my USB cable and it is pluged in. I say 'yes' and it resets to try, but then just goes right back to asking me if I want to connect to my computer. I plug in the USB cable, it asks me if I want to connect to my computer. I then started having trouble connecting it to my PC. I really don't know what I was thinking, and I changed it to 'TomTom'. I connected my TomTom to my computer to add a voice file, and as I was browsing the folders in Windows Explorer, I noticed that the device name was 'INTERNATIONAL'. Everything seemed to go just fine until I made one change. I got my TomTom ONE 3rd this morning (for Christmas) and hooked everything up.
